1. Agreement
These terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Firehoz”, “we”), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Firehoz on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. What Firehoz does
Firehoz captures form submissions and behavioural signals from your websites via a drop-in beacon, scores lead intent, and drafts first-touch replies for you to review. Firehoz is propose-only: it prepares drafts, but nothing is sent to a lead on your behalf until you approve it. You are responsible for the content you approve and send.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite.
4. Your responsibilities for the data you collect
When you install the beacon on your site, you are the data controller for the visitors whose data you collect, and Firehoz is your processor. You are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to collect and contact those people;
- Publishing your own privacy notice and disclosing the beacon to your visitors as your jurisdiction requires;
- Honouring the data-subject requests (access, erasure, and so on) that Firehoz gives you the tools to action;
- Only sending messages people are entitled to receive, and honouring unsubscribe and suppression.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Firehoz to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages; to capture data you have no right to collect (including special-category data without a lawful basis); to attempt to breach the isolation between workspaces; or to disrupt the service.
6. Plans, billing & roadmap features
Plan availability and pricing are shown in the product. [Complete the billing terms: currency, taxes, renewal, refunds, and the payment processor. Note: a live paid checkout is not yet enabled, so any paid tier is subject to that being in place — do not present a plan as purchasable until it is.] Features labelled “roadmap” are not yet available and are not part of what you are paying for.
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep Firehoz available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where we can.
8. Termination & deletion
You may stop using Firehoz at any time. A workspace owner can purge the workspace’s captured data. On termination we will delete or return your data in line with the Privacy Policy and [your stated retention commitments].
9. Warranties & liability
[Insert the warranty disclaimer and limitation-of-liability clause appropriate to your jurisdiction and reviewed by counsel — e.g. the service is provided “as is”, and liability caps. This is a placeholder; the enforceable wording depends on governing law.]
10. Governing law
[State the governing law and the courts / dispute-resolution venue for your jurisdiction. Placeholder — to be completed by counsel.]
